Hiring a nanny is one of the most important decisions you will make for your family. They will play a major role in your children’s lives, and support you while they grow, develop, and learn. Next, we focus on the perfect match - a fit that is suitable for working in harmony, long term. All of our nannies meet the following criteria:
Have clean background and reference checks
Have at least 3 years of childcare experience
Are CPR and First Aid certified
Are at least 21 years of age
Permanent placements will work with your family for a period of 3 months or more. Part-time nannies work less than 40 hours per week and Full-time nannies work 40+ hours per week, depending on your family’s needs.
